Is it just me or are you guys feeling romantic too? With the chill in the air slowly rising, everyone wants to get cozy with their special one. So for those of you who are planning your special date I thought of putting together my ideas on how to make it extra-special!
Dinner or Lunch?
While day dates can be more fun and casual, dinner dates are more romantic and private. So if you’re going on a lunch date then choose a place that is by the beach or away from the city’s humdrum. Make it the perfect getaway 😉
For dinner dates, how about a lovely rooftop table for two? Anything outdoor with lights, candles and flowers and ofcourse the starlit night sky!
What to Wear?
There’s so much that you can do for date night! My favorite is a halter gown in maybe white lace, gray or emerald green for this time of the year. Not to forget one of the most important aspect- LINGERIE! Make sure you’re wearing your best lingerie and accessories. Oh and don’t forget to smell good!
Yes, the drive! I love long drives and I think its a great time for you and your partner to have some memorable conversations, sing to your favorite tunes, hold hands as you zip away. If you’d like to make it an extra special date then try renting a fancy car. Turo is a great place to rent cars, both classic and rare. My favorites are the convertibles- Chevrolet Corvette and Porsche 911!!
Dinner, Wine & Dessert
What’s a good date without great food? Considering I’m a vegetarian I’d like my guy to take me to a place that has some yummy vegetarian food on the menu. I’m thinking Vegan Mushroom Bourguignon with Mashed Potatoes or Mushroom Pasta with Goat Cheese!
Date night is incomplete without some sweet stuff after your meal. A fancy dessert like Chocolate Pistachio Tartufo or even a Red Velvet Mini Cake would be perfect!
Seal it with a Kiss
I suppose you wouldn’t need help with this one 😉
