First things first. Happy New Year readers!! What a year 2016 has been! Personally, I’d like to look at through the lens of optimism. I had some tough days. I didn’t know what I was doing with my life, confused if I was doing things right. But I continued believing in my work, took some risks and they paid off (thankfully)! Phew!
2016 Flashback
Lets see..I got to be mentored and guided by the man who inspires me to do what I do every single day. Today he’s not just my teacher but also a dear friend. I got the amazing chance to give a lecture to the graduate level students at Iowa State University where my work was included in the official course material!! I got featured twice in the newspaper ❤ A good year? Yeah, I’d say.
2017.. Let’s Do This
Now, let’s say hello to 2017! This is going to be a better year hopefully. More work, more fun and more love (more blogging too)! I must share with you all that I just won a styling contest held by the luxury designer online store AtMayfair.com !! *happy dancing* And what’s more is that I get to be the official stylist too!! *more happy dancing* Couldn’t have got a better start, eh?

Many of them are rife with spelling issues and I to find it very
